This is Mike Hoffman's house. I started this job by building a two step deck with a trexs no screws shows system, the design was created by a designer (Dane) who I worked with throughtout the whole project. I built a gas fire pit stuccoed smooth, and color matched to the back wall. After that, we added the metal to match the glass balcony railing. Next was the Glass balcony, this was a bit of a trick, considering the designer did not want that many beams and no front support or a facesha. I solved that with the bolts , he also did not want any levelers under the glass so I used cork, and secured the glass under the sliding doors which were already installed. We made our own railing out of handrail parts and alumuine sheet metal. Dane also designed a 2x6 door with metal, along with a floating bed, and floating dj shelves which I carved myself and included inset lighting .         |
