This is Rene Olsen's house. I started by insulating and drywalling  a tuff shed. Later I did a refacing of the kitchen and closing of the wall, adding the hutch,  moving the dryer & washer, and added the 1930's arched french doors. Next I added 5 ft to the bathroom moving the wall and curving the corner, I also moved the  door ,tub, and sink then added a fan, lighting. I tiled the floor later, then added the molding and chair rail. I moved the bed room door to add a closet in the new front entry. I created matching arches with corbels and trim where front door was, and moved the kitchen doorway for the second arch.I added faux beams to the office, and trimed the room with 22guage nails so you can stain them with no holes showing.  I built a new entry with a mosaic center peice, and a 1920's walnut entry door, then added T/G and had it matched to match the outside of house. I Also fabricated a window to match others on the house.  I converted early century gas lamps to electric lights, added new wainscoting on the ceiling along with crown molding. And lastly, I built a chimney & fireplace, added the mantel, vintage tile, and tiled the floor to match.
